No Bake Mini-Egg Cheesecake Dip!

If you love cheesecake and mini-eggs and don't have time to whip up a baked desert this Easter, then this recipe is for YOU!


Seriously so easy, comes together with 4 ingredients and like 5 minutes.



MINI EGG CHEESECAKE DIP


Ingredients:


  • 1 Brick Cream Cheese (8 oz) at room temperature

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

  • 1 cup mini eggs crushed

  • reserve a few mini eggs for garnish



Directions:


  1. Add room temperature cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar to a mixer

  2. Beat on medium until smooth and there are no chunks of cream cheese left

  3. Either dump the mini eggs in the mixer too, or remove the bowl and fold them in with a silicone spatula

  4. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with a few mini-eggs

AND VOILA!


I love dipping apples in this dip, but you could also choose cookies, pretzels, or a combination of things depending on your personal taste!
