No-Bake Desert: Cookie Dough Candy Apple Dip

OK I know that's a bit of a mouthful for the title of this recipe, but it's really the only way I can describe this delicious no-bake desert that does it justice.

So here is exactly what you need to make this recipe for your family too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 brick cream cheese softened (8oz)

  • 1/2 cup butter softened

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup M&Ms or treat of choice

Directions:

  • Beat together cream cheese, butter and peanut butter until fluffy

  • Add brown sugar, icing sugar and oats and beat until mixed well

  • Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms or treat of choice (Skor bits or Reese’s pieces would be delicious too!)

  • Cut up apples (or whatever you want to dip in it) and enjoy!

Notes:

  • Step one works best with a stand mixer, but you can also just stir together really well or use a hand mixer

  • Peanut butter can be swapped out for any nut butter or nut butter alternative

  • You can dip whatever you want in this delicious dip! We chose apples so it would be like a candy apple, but pretzels are delicious in it too to give that sweet/salty mix

I can't wait for you to try this for yourself - just a quick warning: after you make this people will ask you to make it for EVERY event.

xoxo Chelsea
