Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough!

Ok you're not gonna believe this, but did you know that you can make protein packed cookie dough with COTTAGE CHEESE?! Yes, you read that right...cottage cheese.


Checkout the recipe below for all the deets


Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 TBSP maple syrup

2/3 cup oat flour or almond flour

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Directions:

  • Blend the first 3 ingredients (1 cup cottage cheese, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 TBSP maple syrup) until creamy and there are no more chunks

  • Add the flour and protein powder and mix well

  • Fold in chocolate chips


That's it! You can eat this with a spoon just like you're eating raw cookie dough, or you can add some oats and make protein balls, or coat them with melted chocolate and celtic salt and make cookie truffles! The possibilities are endless!
