No-Bake 3 Ingredient Key Lime Pie

As I'm writing this I'm literally salivating because this is THE BEST Key Lime pie you will ever make. A mix of cheesecakey goodness and refreshing lime all in graham crust, you are going to LOVE this recipe for summer or all year round. And did I mention it comes together super quickly with only 3 ingredients in a pre-made graham crust?! What's not to love?!



Ingredients:


Filling

  • 16 oz softened cream cheese (that's one brick)

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

  • The juice from one whole lime (approx 1/3 cup)

  • 1 TBSP lime zest

Crust

  • Get a premade one from the store for extra ease!






Directions:

  1. Combined the softened cream cheese with condensed milk, lime juice, sugar and lime zest in a bowl until creamy and well incorporated

  2. Pour the pie filling into the crust and spread evenly

  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight so it firms up

  4. Garnish with a bit more lime zest, maybe some whipped cream...and away ya go!
