3 Ingredient Gluten Free Chicken Nugget Recipe
Seriously the EASIEST way to make chicken nuggets at home. They are so delicious, way healthier than the frozen variety AND they're gluten free?! What's not to love!
I've had to be gluten free since the birth of my daughter 2 and a half years ago, and this recipe has helped me to still be able to indulge in my love of chicken nuggets without making myself feel like garbage. Not to mention, my kids love them too and I can even sneak some cauliflower in there if I want! (shhh...they don't need to know that)
Here's the recipe:
- 1 can of chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
1. Mix it all together in a food processor
2. Form into nuggets
3. Pop in the air fryer at 350F for 13 minutes
